Using an independent insurance agent – hands-down - provides the best value & service available. I’ve heard that in the past, but I didn’t truly understand it until I moved all of my insurance needs over to Billy Brown Insurance. They have relationships with multiple companies, so they know which ones provide the best insurance for your individual needs (home, auto, etc.). In addition, you have someone to call – someone you know - with any questions or changes. You’re not just calling an 800 number. You’re also not calling an agent who can only sell insurance from one agency. Top it off with the fact that Billy himself is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Traits that are shared by the entire office staff. With Billy Brown Insurance, I have a new-found sense of security that I know – for certain- that I’m covered if an accident or tragedy strikes. Billy has been my insurance agent for a year now. I am a business owner and have had to call in several times to either update something on my businss insurance, or have insurance sent to another contractor.
