Went above and beyond to help during non-business hours. Can’t recommend enough. I’ve been with them for 6 years and I tell everyone to call them for insurance needs. Never had a bad experience here. Always very helpful if I have questions or need anything.

Billy Brown and staff has given superior customer service. Recently, I inquired about changing insurance due to poor customer care with my current insurance company whom I have been with for years. I wasn't too familiar with the process of changing insurance for our home and cars but Jennifer took the time to explain all details to me. Billy sent a quote over the weekend and answered my questions. Char is very prompt in returning calls and follow-up. My calls and emails to Billy Brown's office has always received prompt attention. I highly recommend this insurance agent and his staff. They care about the customer and give great customer service. That matters when spending our dollars.

Using an independent insurance agent – hands-down - provides the best value & service available. I’ve heard that in the past, but I didn’t truly understand it until I moved all of my insurance needs over to Billy Brown Insurance. They have relationships with multiple companies, so they know which ones provide the best insurance for your individual needs (home, auto, etc.). In addition, you have someone to call – someone you know - with any questions or changes. You’re not just calling an 800 number. You’re also not calling an agent who can only sell insurance from one agency. Top it off with the fact that Billy himself is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Traits that are shared by the entire office staff. With Billy Brown Insurance, I have a new-found sense of security that I know – for certain- that I’m covered if an accident or tragedy strikes. I have someone in my corner and I’ve also received all this at a great value.

Billy has been my insurance agent for a year now. I am a business owner and have had to call in several times to either update something on my businss insurance, or have insurance sent to another contractor. He immediately takes care of my needs and always knows exactly what to do when I’m not sure what to do. Easy to talk to and easy to reach when you need him. I bought a camper that needed insurance beyond what my normal provider would provide. I was referred to Billy Brown insurance through a friend, but could not make it during normal business hours due to work and travel constraints. Billy met with me on a Saturday, during his non business hours, and provided me with a quote for all of my insurance needs! The coverages were the same or better than my current insurance, at prices that were the same or better, too! I'm leaving the a big box insurance company, and returning to a local agent who knows me and my individual needs. I'll recommend Billy Brown to everyone I know, simply for the great customer service I've received thus far!

Over the years I've had agents, but never one that has made me feel as confident and comfortable as Billy Brown. His personal touch is felt in everything he does. I know if I need anything he will be there for me. He and his great staff are always there to give suggestions or answer any questions I may have. He's a proactive professional, but with a feel of a good friend and neighbor that's looking out for your best interests. I have both home and auto coverage with him. So if you want the best, than Billy Brown is your man.
